Sample report

What a Missed-Call Test report looks like.

Every free Missed-Call Test ends with a two-page report like this one. This sample uses a made-up shop, Bayside Barbers. Yours uses your shop, our real calls to it, and your own prices.

Page 1. How we tested, and a scorecard: calls answered, rings before answer, the voicemail greeting, missed-call follow-up, Google hours, and replies to reviews.
Page 2 of the sample report: a Google profile check, an estimate of what unanswered calls may cost using the owner's own price, and three fixes ranked by impact.

How the test works.

  1. Three calls at your busiest times. Usually the lunch rush, late afternoon and Saturday morning, when your hands are full.
  2. Notes only, never recorded. Florida requires everyone's consent to record a call, so we don't. We time the rings by hand and write down what a new customer hears.
  3. Your public Google profile, checked the same day. Hours, phone, website button, booking button and review replies, compared with what callers are told.
  4. A two-page report within a day. Plain words, letter grades on a scale we publish, and three fixes. The first fix is one you can do yourself, free.

What we never do.

  • We never record your calls or your staff.
  • We never post or share your results. The report is for you.
  • We never guess at your prices. The cost estimate uses your own numbers and says it's an estimate.
  • We never ask you to buy anything to get the report.
